There lived a farmer in a certain village. He had two lazy sons. They would never do any work. The farmer did not know how to make them work. He thought of a plan. He called his sons and said, "My sons, go to the field. I have laid a hidden treasure there. Dig the field and you will get it."

His sons ran to the field at once. They dug up all the field. But they found no treasure. They planted some corn there. In due course golden corn came out and the sons and the sons become very happy. They realized the meaning of the hidden treasure of their father.

Moral of the Story:

The value of diligence and the rewards it brings.
