Short Moral Story

Title: A Doctor and His Patient.

A rich lady was suffering from bad eyesight. She engaged a doctor and promised to give him a reward if he could cure her. The doctor came to her house everyday to treat her. But he was a very dishonest man. He was tempted by the costly things in the room of his patient and stole them. The lady regained her normal eyesight. Then the doctor demanded his reward. But the lady refused to pay him the reward. She saw that her valuable articles had been stolen. She said, "Doctor, before I was blind, I could see my valuable articles. But now I can see none of them. This proves that I am still blind. So I cannot pay you the promised reward."

Moral of the story:

If you trust a dishonest person, you lose everything.
