त्रैलोकपतये त्रैलोक्य निधये

Transliteration-

"Om Namo Bhagavate

Nahāsuudarśanāya

Vāsudevāya Dhanvantaraye

Amr̥itakalaśa Hasthāya

Sarvaroganivāraṇāya

Trailokapataye Trailokya Nidhaye

Śrī Mahā Viṣṇusvarupa

Śrī Dhnvantarī Svarupa

Śrī Śrī Śri

Auṣadhachakra Nārāyaṇāya Svāhā ।।" 

Translation-

We pray to the Lord, who is known as Sudarshana Vasudev Dhanvantari. He Holds The Kalasha (pot) of the nectar of immortality. Lord Dhanvantari removes all fears and diseases.
