व्यये कृते वर्धत एव नित्यं  विद्याधनं सर्वधनप्रधानं।। 

Transliteration:

Na Chōraharyaṁ Na Ca Rājahāryaṁ Na Ca Bhrātr̥bhājyaṁ Na Ca Bhārakāri.

Vyaye Kr̥te Vardhata Eva Nityaṁ Vidyādhanaṁ Sarvadhanapradhanaṁ

शब्दार्था (Word Meaning):

चौरहार्यं -चोरों के द्वारा चुराने योग्य (can be stolen by thieves),

राजहार्यं - राजा के द्वारा छीनने योग्य (can be snatched by king), 

भ्रातृभाज्यं - भाइयों के द्वारा बाँटने योग्य (can be divided by brothers)

भारकारि -भार बढ़ाने वाली (that which increases weight)

वर्धत - बढ़ता है (increases)

English Meaning:

Neither can it be stolen by thieves nor can it be snatched by the king, nor can it be divided by brothers and nor does it weight. It always grows on spending. The wealth of knowledge is the best of all the wealth.
