तुच्छ कीड़ा भी फूल के साथ देवताओं के सिर पर चढ़ाया जाता है। पत्थर (मूर्ति) भी महान व्यक्तियों से प्रतिष्ठित होने से देवत्व को प्राप्त कर पूजा जाता है।
English Translation-
The unimportant worm is also offered with flowers on the heads of the gods. The stone (idol) is also worshiped after attaining divinity by being distinguished from great persons.

भाग्य के प्रतिकूल होने पर सभी सहायक साधन व्यर्थ हो जाते हैं। अस्त होते सूर्य को हजारों किरणों हात की तरह सहारा देती है फिर भी वह डूब जाता है।
English Translation-
All aids become futile when adverse to fate. The setting sun supports thousands of rays like a hand, yet it sinks.

अत्यधिक अहंकार के कारण रावण की लंका और कौरव नष्ट हुए अतिशय दानबीर होने से राजा बलि ने अपना साम्राज्य खो दिया। 'अति' हमेशा निन्दनीय है।
English Translation-
King Bali sacrificed his kingdom due to excessive arrogance, Ravana's Lanka, and Kauravas being overpowered by Munificent. 'Extreme' is always reprehensible.

खाना, सोना, डरना और सन्तान पैदा करना - ये चार बातें मनुष्यों तथा पशुओं में समान ही होती है। पशु की अपेक्षा मनुष्य में ज्ञान अधिक और विशेष होता है।, ज्ञान से रहित मनुष्य पशुओं के समान ही है।
English Translation-
Eating, sleeping, fearing, and producing children - these four things are the same in humans and animals. Knowledge is more and special in a human being than an animal. A human devoid of knowledge is the same as an animal.
