1. दीर्घसूत्री विनश्यति। 

Transliteration-

Dīrghasūtrī vinaśyati.

Meaning-

Prolonged laziness is the cause of destruction.

2. महाजनो येन गतः स पन्थाः।

Transliteration-

Mahājano Yena gataḥ sa panthāḥ

Meaning-

Do what the great men do.

3. धर्मस्य त्वरिता गति।

Transliteration-  

Dharmasya Tvaritā gati.

Meaning-

The pace of religion is fast.

4.यत भावो-तत भवति।

Transliteration- 

Yat bhāvo-tat bhavati.

Meaning-

5.मितं च सारं च वचो ही वाग्मिता। 

Transliteration-

Mitaṁ cha sāraṁ cha vacho hī vāgmitā.

Meaning-

Concise and firm-These are feature of eloquent speech.

Transliteration-

Mā tyaja

7.वसुंधैव कुटुम्वकम्।

Paropakārarthaṁ idaṁ śarīraṁ.

Transliteration-

Tatvamasi.

Meaning-

That essence are you.

15.न कश्चित् शाश्वतम्। 

Transliteration-

Na kaśchit śāśvataṁ

Nothing is permanent.

16.विद्याधनम् सर्वधनात् प्रधानम्। 

Transliteration-

Vidyādhanaṁ sarvadhanāt pradhanaṁ
